Small, but important technical update meant to address the most prominent criticism professional drivers voice about our cars and Assetto Corsa in general - braking.

For absolute majority of content for this sim, flooring the brake pedal remains to be the optimal way to slow down a car into a corner, which is rarely the case in real life. Our latest cars solve this issue and now we're updating previous releases with same tech.

Animation Update

• Updates misc. animation in the cockpit of the car to enhance your driving experience and realism.

Physics changes:

• Brakes system updated, it is now pressure-based and supports "Output real brake pressure from pedals" feature in CSP's FFB Tweaks (intended for high end load cell pedals only, leave it disabled otherwise)
• Replaced antiquated vanilla ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) with proper CPHYS-based solution. New system takes into account speeds, g-forces, yaw and is capable of smooth pressure modulation instead of being jagged on-off switch. This will allow car to remain controllable even under heavy braking, eliminating unwanted straight pulling effect and parasitic ffb rattle
• 2023 PRL tyre compound replaced with 2025 version
• Updated throttle model. Significantly more lively engine response at lower gas pedal travel

Minimal CSP requirement for this update is 0.2.8

Version 1.1 Sept 15, 2025

The new 1.1 update brings the Valor GT3 EVO to a new level of simulation accuracy. Abandoning the outdated suspension system in favor of CSP-powered COSMIC, allows for much higher design freedom and simulates every piece of the suspension in real time on a component level. This leads to far more accurate and dynamic suspension behavior in game, and is a significant step forward for us. The few creators in the AC community with exceptional physics are capable of utilizing the COSMIC system, and we are very happy to join their ranks.

Why this is a big deal?

To put it simply, it takes unnecessary layers of interpretation/guesswork out of the equation completely. With enough data, there is no need to adapt multilink suspension to limited double wishbone imitations, no need to alter geometry in any way to compensate for old limitations, and no need to pre-calculate motion ratios or springs and dampers. No shortcuts, no flawed workarounds, COSMIC provides support for incredibly complex suspension out of the box. Precise data goes in, simulation does the rest. Thankfully, with help from our friends in the motorsport industry, we are lucky enough to receive that kind of data, so expect serious upgrades for existing projects and look forward for future announcements!

Interior sporting all electronic gauges, recreated from actual documentation, variety of light indicators for all sorts of situations and Collision Avoidance System built to match the real thing in both logic and looks.

A lot of time and effort were also poured into sound design to bring car's signature upshift bang, anti-lag pops and crackles, transmission whine, turbo flutter and other parts of Turbocharged V8 orchestra.

Physics:

- Suspension upgraded to COSMIC system.

- Corrected brake ducts blanking settings. Also has effect on aero performance now.

- Minor BoP adjustment.

Sounds:

- Significant rework.

Bugfixes:

- Blinkers/Hazards corrected, slightly increased brightness of mirror display.

- LUA optimization.

- Upshift/Downshift animation timings corrected.

IMPORTANT: CSP version 0.2.6 or higher is required. Car will not work under older versions.
